To start a support request, you simply send an email to our support team. Once an email request has been received a service ticket is generated within minutes, sending you a confirmation that the request has been received.
Requests are reviewed as they come in and prioritized according to urgency. You will receive email updates on the progress of your help request. If you have an urgent issue, we have procedures in place to move the issue to higher priority, so we can get you up and running sooner rather than later.
Customers on a managed IT service plan receive front of the line priority
Included with managed IT service plans, remote support allows us connect to your computer remotely and work through the issue with you. Most issues can be resolved remotely and will save you time and money over scheduling onsite support.
While many issues can be resolved with remote support, some issues can’t, so onsite support is provided. Once its determined onsite support is needed, we will work with you on scheduling a time that works best.
